Very underrated song.

They always have been - and still, very much are - the most amazing band, bunch of guys, talented beyond all belief, and put on the most fantastic, energetic, get-you-moving shows. Been a fan of theirs since they were a bar band, so .... yeah. They have been my favorite for most of my adult life (I'm 59 now).

One of the most timeless songs ever/possible. This could have been recorded in the 50s, the 70s, the 90s, now...no one would ever know. So simple, just an acoustic guitar with no pick, a lead vocal and a harmony -- and yet so incredibly original and unlike anything else. This song will pay these guys for the rest of their lives, and it should. Notice how no one ever covers this (or very few covers anyway), and whenever anyone does, it never comes close to touching the energy that these 2 guys had

I seen Extreme in Santa Cruz California in spring of 95. A small nightclub. I swear this was the show? Being a huge Extreme fan I remember saying WTF? That’s not Paul Geary behind the drums. But first song in with Decadence Dance I was blown away by Mike Mangini. Nuno always steals the show in any Extreme concert but Mike damn near did that night. I’d say they co-stealed the show that night

This song/performance reminds me of if Anthony Kiedis could actually sing.
